• The Head Masters of Govt/ZP/Mpl High Schools shall upload the teachers cadrestrengths particulars of their schools by using their user ID and pass word  and they should take the print out after uploading the information on the website - Handover the Printed Copy to the Deputy Educational Officer concerned

• The Deputy Educational Officer should collect the printed signed copy from  all the Head Masters of Govt/ZP/Mpl High Schools under their jurisdiction. Further He/she should confirm school wise cadre strength particulars by using the acknowledgement number mentioned on the print out.

21-11-2012  ---- Entering the cadre strength particulars by the Head Masters online and taking the     printout copy

22-11-2012 ----- After ensuring the correctness of the data The Head Master shoould submit the signed copy e to the Dy.E.Os - :The Dy.E.O should confirm the data  by using the acknowledgement number mentioned on the print out signed by the Head Master.

23-11-2012 ---- submission of information of all schools to the District Educational Officer by the Dy.E.O. through online.
