4)    Review on FA-1 & FA-2 Marks updation status. 5)    Review on CCE valuation of SA-1.

6)    Review on Aadhar Enrolment.

7)    Review of Kaizala App. Installation.

8)    Registration www.apekx.in website. 9)   Conduct of  Zonal Sports Meet 10)  Infrastructure facilities available in the schools.       ( compound walls, bio fencing etc.,) 11)  Steps to be taken for improvement of results of SSC-2017 examinations. 12)  Utilisation Certificates of supply of Nutritious Food to the SSC-2015 & SSC-2016 students from the Head Masters concerned.  (PROFORMA FOR UTILISATION CERTIFICATE 13)  Submission of List of CWSN students studying 9th & 10th Class by the HMs concerned, as per the list of U-DISE submitted by MEOs. Hms are requested to submit the UCs of Nutritious food of  X class students at time of conference to concerned Dy.E.Os  --- District Eduational Officer, Guntur.
