All the Deputy Educational Officers are requested to inform the Head Masters of High Schools (Govt. / ZP / Aided / Municipal / APRS / APSWRS / APTWRS / KGBVs / AP Model Schools) to handover the ink-signed hard copies of particulars of employees for Election Duties( 33 Column proforma), at their respective Revenue Divisional Offices (RDO Offices) by tomorrow ( 21-03-2014 ), without fail.
Mandal Educational Officers are also instructed to handover ink-signed copies of employees data in 33 Column proforma, of their Mandal Schools in their respective Revenue Divisional Offices (RDO Offices) by tomorrow (21-03-2014 ), without fail.
Any deviation in this matter will be viewed seriously.
