It is proposed to conduct Bapatla
Division Local Association Meeting for Scout Masters and Guide Captains and
Cub-Masters and flock leaders on 26-02-2013 at 09 Am at Bharat Scouts and
Guides Building, Bapatla
In view of the above, all the Heads of
the Institutions under all managements in the Bapatla Division are requested to
depute one teacher to the said meeting. If trained teachers are not available
any other teacher may be deputed without fail.
The Mandal Educational Officers are requested to depute teachers in
their Mandals to the said meeting. In
this connection, it is further informed the HM of all high schools should send
registration fees of Rs.225/- per each High School, through the teacher who
deputed to the meeting duly meeting the expenditure from special fee funds.
The Mandal Educational Officers are
requested to instruct the HMs of Primary and Upper Primary Schools
Top priority should be given to this
item of work.
